@BritishAirwaysT the amount of stress this has caused me. Please refund our money!!! Traveltrolley have now blocked me and we can’t get enough! We’re owed £500.00 for a flight we could never get because it was cancelled.

9 months down the line trying to get a refund from @TravelTrolleyUK and no closer, never known terrible service like it! They say @British_Airways have our money BA say the opposite. Must of spent weeks of my life chasing this! I will never use these companies again 😡🤬

Since March, we booked with travel trolley but was meant to have flown with BA. BA said they’re lying to me and they do not have the money and traveltrolley haven’t tried to get in contact for a refund like they keep telling me 😔 honestly tearing my hair out! X
