Don't forget, today is the last day to pick up your maps from Mr. Nettesheim in his room if you are picking up bags tomorrow after 10 for the mandatory event. Reminder that if you do not participate in the mandatory, you do not get recognized with your NHS laurels at graduation.
The organizers of this event reached out specifically to us, and said that if we can send 10 people to help they are willing to donate $250 to NHS for future projects. In short, help would be much appreciated so come out if you can!
On this Saturday, April 6th, among the other events mentioned at the meeting today there is an additional need for 10 volunteers at the Fiserv Forum station for the Milwaukee Marathon from 5:00am-8:00am. The sign-up link is here: https://t.co/MhLPfjqMXq
Don’t forget about the NHS Gold Block meeting today in the Saber Center, we’ll be handing out the food drive maps and instructions so make sure to come.
Make sure to check your emails!! There’s a meeting next Wednesday during gold block in the Saber center, so if you need to get senior sibling pictures, get them done on Tuesday during gold block.
Apologies for more disheartening news, but due to new scheduling conflicts with the Franklin ACT and ACT prep, the meeting has had to be cancelled again. Because the next (March) meeting is so close, we won't be rescheduling it and instead will send out an email.
As some of you may have already learned, the NHS gold block meeting planned for tomorrow has been cancelled. I know, we’re equally as devastated as you all, but fear not for it has been rescheduled to next week Tuesday (the 19th) during gold block.
November’s over so you know what that means, time to get nutty for the next NHS meeting this Wednesday in the CAFETERIA (not the saber center) during Gold Block.
Don't forget, NHS apparel orders and money is due by this Friday; you should either turn in cash or a check (made out to FHS NHS) to Mr. Nettesheim or any of the officers before the end of this Friday.
NHS meeting in the saber center during Gold Block today, there will be important information about the book drive and mandatory events so be sure to show up!
Volunteers are desperately needed for the Pathways to your Future night tonight at the high school, any help is appreciated. If you’re interested in helping, sign up at:

If you can’t access the form then switch to your franklin google account.
Another update to anyone involved in the adopt-a-beach mandatory event on Sunday, the organization running it changed the location to Seven Bridges in South Milwaukee, however it is the same time and date. There was also an email sent with all of the information.
Try to bring personal work gloves to the beach clean up if you're going! It can get unsanitary and the group it's running through doesn't always provide gloves.
For anyone going to the adopt-a-beach event on Sunday, remember that it’s at 9:00-12:00 in the morning. For those who haven’t emailed an officer but are still interested in attending, make sure to do so before Thursday or Friday to ensure you get registered in time.
Quick reminder that tomorrow, Tuesday, the first monthly meeting is in the cafeteria. Go straight there as attendance will be taken at the meeting so you don’t need to talk to your gold block teacher first.
