@samjjordan @JDKirkBooks @anguskingactor Mate, it’s wonderful stuff. Instead of being dense, soft, and…well, fudgy, tablet is firmer to the tooth, and because the molten sugars are encouraged to re-crystallise in the cooking process, it crumbles and melts on your tongue. Magic.
