The first few days were very scary as a parent to go through. His only wish as the days got better was to get to see you in Toronto when your here, and possibly meet you. Our family has been through one of the hardest times of our lives. Our 9-year-old son was rushed to SickKids after doctors discovered a brain AVM that had bled. Thankfully he's home now, and we're taking life one day at a time as we wait for the next stage of his treatment.
