🚨 NEW: Barcelona have started their plan to keep Javi Guerra under control for the future.
The Valencia midfielder is not a priority right now, but Deco likes him a lot and Barça have sounded him out with a long-term proposal of six seasons.
Javi Guerra’s release clause is €40m in July and rises to €60m later in the window.
Barça see him as a future midfield option, but the priority remains signing a centre-forward. Valencia do not want to sell him this summer.

🚨 DID YOU KNOW: Robert Lewandowski was close to joining Real Madrid before signing for Bayern in 2014.
His former agent Cezary Kucharski just claimed that Lewandowski even wanted to break the Bayern agreement because Madrid offered 20% more, but he advised him that becoming Bayern’s main star was better than being another player at Madrid.
🚨 Barcelona are actively searching for a striker, with both big names and more affordable options on the table.
Everything will depend on financial flexibility and market opportunities. These are the main targets:
• Victor Osimhen (27): Fits Barça’s style perfectly, dominant in the box and a natural finisher... However, his high salary could be a major obstacle.
• Erling Haaland (25): The dream signing for Joan Laporta. Undoubtedly the best option, but extremely expensive in both transfer fee and wages. Unrealistic, but a dream for fans and the president.
• Julián Álvarez (26): The name gaining the most traction. Looking for a new challenge and more titles, Barça could be ideal. High price tag, but his pressing, movement, and finishing make him a great fit for Flick’s system, even if he’s less physically dominant.
• Vedat Muriqi (31): A proven goalscorer who can win you games. Good low-cost option for a secondary role, but not first-choice material.
• Alexander Sørloth (30): Brings physical presence and aerial dominance, something Barça lacks. Still, not enough overall quality to be a starter. Another solid budget option, but not the main target.
• Kristjan Asllani (23): The youngest option. High potential but also high risk, as he’s not yet proven at the top level. Barça need immediate impact, not a long-term project in this position.
❗️.@CuentaMister: "I was watching Simeone's press conference... he's already sh*tting himself."
"I'm pretty sure that— not only will we beat them, we will destroy them, and we will go through."
"Barça will give their lives for this match, 180% effort."
🚨 Rival Watch: Vinicius Jr. is expected to be out for a minimum of 2 & a half months because of an injury — ruling him out of the possible SuperCopa El Clasico.
