@kangaroos991 Most were required as part of various courses in high school for me. Personally 4 and I’ve read (or tried to) read all but 1984 and cuckoo so far in my adult life.
People used to say “I don’t know how you do it all” and I would reply w/ a smile or a silly comment, but now I reply w/ clear exhaustion & let them know it’s for survival, not because I want to but, I have to do it all. It also doesn’t mean I dislike any of it, it’s just too much
@Srtaberry I got mine back saying no and I had to send an email regarding reconsideration for the expanded temporary forgiveness. Haven’t heard back yet. I hope it’s coming soon!
@Dr_jparker I hope you have the support from your school and department. I was thrown under the bus when I did this and “let go” for being “ineffective”.
@BaileySarian I’m getting (read having to buy because it died overnight) new refrigerator (that I don’t have $ for because I just budgeted to have my rotting house trim replaced! womp womp womp)
@ProfeRandolph I am an online teacher and send a newsletter weekly out to my students and families with the week’s events, links, my contact info, and a “hidden” bonus opportunity.
@AMorbidPodcast@SamandColby I spent the night at battleship cove with my boys for scouts in Fall River - big nope. Never again. Too spiritually noisy and real noisy.
