@BenRyanCricket #amen Just because one plays high level cricket, doesn’t mean a) one can coach b) one can learn how to coach. Effective coaching is an art form. It’s like asking an native English speaker to teach English without any sort of education background... /rant

My favorite thing about @imgavi was his ability to make everyone feel seen and special. In honor of his passing take a moment this week to look for someone who feels like they aren’t seen, or like they don’t fit in and do what Gavi would do. Go up to them & make sure they feel <3
