Be kind to yourself. If we are unkind to ourselves that practiced behavior becomes our blueprint for all our interactions and it will seep into into all our relationships. Being kind to yourself is the start to a ripple effect that will change the world.

My favorite thing about @imgavi was his ability to make everyone feel seen and special. In honor of his passing take a moment this week to look for someone who feels like they aren’t seen, or like they don’t fit in and do what Gavi would do. Go up to them & make sure they feel <3
