Our CCO, Sara Protheroe, said: "I'm really conscious they've been waiting a long time for redress. I'm pleased to say that on 7 March we made a payment of £9.4m to the trustees of the Norton pension schemes for them then to distribute to members."

We’re pleased that @DWP are consulting on changes that’ll allow us in certain circumstances to make interim payments to schemes whose assets are exhausted, helping to progress their @FraudCompFund claims. Have your say here: https://t.co/tfgmy0PW2C
@Ariespensions@PPF DWP laid regulations on 10 March to increase the maximum FCF levy rates, following the end of their recent consultation. The PPF manages @Fraudcompfund but DWP sets the levy ceiling. TPR collects the levy on our behalf: https://t.co/RcL5RmqMsi

If you’re wondering why the PPF can’t fund the FCF, it’s because the funds are entirely separate and there can’t be any lawful transfer between the two.
We’ve received claims for FCF compensation totalling over £47.3m. We’re expecting many more claims to come and are aware of more than 100 pending applications, totalling £358.1m as at 31 March 2021.
Based on regulations laid in Parliament today, we’ve confirmed the 2022/23 FCF levy will be £0.65 per member for Master Trusts and £1.80 per member for other eligible schemes,. Read more on our website https://t.co/RcL5RmqMsi
