We need to examine, challenge & change the power structures in which we operated. Time to move away from the hero-worshiping of lawyers.
With our most recent industry hires, we now have more than FIFTY women who have moved from @FrauenLoop into paid, full-time technical roles. A source of special pride - and motivation - is that two of the women cover their hair in religious observation (Muslim and Jewish).
