Creators who were banned for other reasons aren't applicable—yet :3 But it could be a sign that they'll open it up to a wider range of banned accounts in future!

But, since videos like the examples I gave *are* allowed (like, they're literally having (simulated) sex in the "Pretty" music vid), I think more people should know that this type of content *is* allowed

800-char appeal with no way to include evidence is insufficient, so:

@TeamYouTube 's content policy expressly permits nudity given the following:
1) Proper context is provided
2) The content is produced for artistic purposes
3) It is not produced for sexual gratification

In the interest of being thorough, here is exactly what I mean by "far less context."

Attached is the description for Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" in its entirety, which somehow warrants "sufficient context" for it to be allowed:

To be clear: I am not advocating that any of the above should be taken down; rather, it is absurd what is more permissible on the platform than a little artistic nudity of a fictional character (or small channels are too easy to brigade).
