What anime have you been excited about lately?
We had such a good stream!! Thank you guys for stopping by. We drew a bit and then played minecraft! I'm terrible at minecraft... so we got some clips! 🤣We were raided by the lovely @pinkmoonyune!!
What do you guys think? Do I draw dark skin tones too desaturated, or does it look fine? Should I make a tutorial on how to do it without it looking really bad?
I also have characters that I WANT to look desaturated and ashy. Bc they're supposed to look more "undead". These basic rules are great but they're not one-size-fits-all. Can we stop jumping on people because they're still learning? 😭I'm sure they're not ALL doing it maliciously
I'm actually the odd one out as a black person that leans towards drawing characters a little more desaturated because I don't like high saturation in general... 😅
No one gives me shit for it bc I'm black but I feel bad for the non-black people that can't use their style how they want. Like some people make it look super awkward, but you can make dark skin somewhat desaturated and it look fine. It depends on the piece.
