@virginmedia hello, terrible story this to post, but you have left my vulnerable 90 years of age grandmother without a phone for 7 days now. She has a tag on her neck that she pulls if she has a fall it calls up Trust Call Agency and they come to help, the story get worse……….

@virginmedia surely on day one you should have sent a technician round for a paying customer. @bt_uk how quick can you change a package over please as virgin media is an utter disgrace and my grandma is literally crying, we need to respect her generation 🙁
@virginmedia Max Thanks a lot for the information I see on your account currently you are using only 1 services which is top tv package Maxit TV there is no telephone package with us. Which is strange after saying it will be sorted within 24 hours. Now you have said can we send..
