@CrossCountryUK I made a delay repay claim for a delay of almost 2 hours, the response I received was my delay was validated at 0 minutes, therefore no claim. I have tried to call, the automated message says the office opens at 8 and therefore currently closed... but it's 8:50?

@montie But Tim, yourself and politicians are able to claim your commutes to work as expenses, this would indicate that travel costs for commutes are not included in salaries, all the while working from home reduces costs for employers by not having office overheads
