Record numbers of new doctors are joining Alberta’s healthcare system—helping reduce wait times, support earlier diagnoses, and improve health outcomes for patients across the province.

When a company walks past your province and takes a billion-dollar project to Washington State, your first job as premier is to look in the mirror, not look for a scapegoat. Scott Moe is exactly right: instead of pointing fingers at Alberta or blaming “pipeline talk,” David Eby should be asking a much harder question, what did B.C. do wrong to chase Nutrien, and those jobs, out of this province?

No one wants someone at the table whose default position is no. And David Eby popping up on national television pretending he was “excluded” from pipeline talks, as if it were some kind of injustice, is pure theatre. He wasn’t excluded by mistake. He was excluded because everyone already knows exactly what he’ll say: no to pipelines, no to development, no to prosperity, no to anything that actually builds the economy of this province.
And the hypocrisy couldn’t be louder. He’s outraged at the idea of Canadian tankers accessing our own coastline, while U.S. tankers sail past Haida Gwaii every single week carrying Alaskan crude. Those are fine. Those don’t bother him. The only tankers David Eby seems to have a problem with are Canadian ones. You tell me how that makes sense to anybody living in this province.
And listen to his latest excuse:
“There’s no route, no proponent, no company, no money.”
Well no kidding, because governments like his have spent years sending the signal that no major project will ever survive B.C.’s political gauntlet. When you create an environment where investment dies on the table, you don’t get to point at the empty table and pretend it proves your point.
This isn’t about protecting British Columbia.
This is about protecting David Eby’s ideology.
It’s about a premier who refuses to admit that his government’s approach is costing families opportunity, costing the North investment, and costing this province billions in lost prosperity.
And here’s the simple truth:
British Columbia deserves a seat at the table, but with someone who actually wants to build. Someone who understands opportunity when it knocks. Someone who doesn’t run to microphones to scold the rest of Western Canada for daring to think big.
If David Eby doesn’t want to be part of the solution, fine.
But he doesn’t get to stand in the doorway forever, waving his arms and shouting “stop” while the rest of Western Canada pushes ahead. At some point, British Columbians are going to choose between a premier who blocks the future… and leaders prepared to build one.

@Dave_Eby It’s posts like this that cause BC to miss out on Billion $ Potash deals and it’s why you’re not invited to the table when there’s talk of any new pipelines. What do you expect.
Anyone else tired of the @westjet_app? It’s extremely slow, glitches non stop, would like to book a flight but it just sits there spinning. This has been an ongoing issue for years but this is the worst I’ve seen. Does anyone work in their IT department? @WestJet@WestJetNews
BC is leading 🇨🇦 with major opportunities to deliver prosperity to all of Canada.
We have billions worth of private sector & First Nations led projects, that are ready to go and will create thousands of jobs.
Alberta’s fictional bitumen pipeline achieves none of these things.
Our government still knocking it out of the park. Always have an excuse though. I’m sure they will right the ship after their much needed break over the past few months.
@BizNasty2point0 Core 4 need to work a little harder. Doesn’t matter how good you are if the effort isn’t there. Marner isn’t even sweating in a game 7, leafs will never win a cup with this “Core 4”
Funny how people are now thanking @MarkJCarney@liberal_party for saving them money by dropping the carbon tax. Last year we were all destroying the planet by taking a vacation. We are governed by clowns 🤡
Less than a year ago you dumb fucks were screaming that the world would end when we asked you to cancel the carbon tax.
Who can ever forget this video of Liberal MP MArk Holland?
He guilted innocent children into thinking they were going to destroy the future of the planet if they went on vacation.
"Give up the future of the planet. Don't worry kids, about climate change. Don't worry about taking action on the planet. Let the planet burn".
What a complete asshole. And his fellow Liberal MPs applauded like the brain dead idiots they are.
Today, you and your stupid followers are applauding the removal of the carbon tax. How do you square that round hole?
Your a disgusting piece of shit.
