The @Flipkart AI is just for show, it can't even understand a simple question of providing customer support contact number.
@flipkartsupport@flipkartsupport do you think I didn't try to contact you through help center? Please read my first tweet again. There is no option which reflects my issue, when selecting others your AI asks to explain the issue and in return says it can't understand.
How is that my choice? It's like you didn't buy a wifi connection you made yourself their lacky if you want disconnection serve a month long notice period and find us another person to take your WiFi. Why is airtel even hiring ppl just use your customers to bring other customers.
@airtelnews@airtelindia needs to do a better job in hiring ppl. In the past 4days I've talked to atleast 15ppl including supervisors. Instead of helping speedup the process my request completion time keeps increasing. Everywhere else automation is for ease of user, not in airtel
for modem collection. They are at fault of not providing this information but instead of trying to fix it they want me to handle saying it's your personal choice. I had called and asked a month ago before extending my service but they never mentioned it takes almost a month
Same story again! As if a different person tells me same thing then my issue will get fixed!

See this is exactly how much airtel cares! Been an hour, saw the tag, dropped an automated msg and they're done for the day! Next time they'll drop another version of "sorry for inconvenience" to do the bare minimum and that's it they're done.@Airtel_Presence@airtelindia

@airtelnews And also they can provide connection in less than 12hrs but for disconnection you're supposed to have a dream that it takes 7 working days. They're not gonna tell you, you need to figure it out somehow!
@airtelindia wifi is the biggest scam and worst customer experience so far. They can provide quick connection but when it's time to disconnect it's a hassle. So much mental harrassment and complete wastage of time.
And @airtelnews CS reps will make you answer same questions to multiple ppl and even after that they need confirmation so please keep a court order ready that you really want the connection to be disconnected.
