Pelvic floor strength is lost with age (or injury), not with hardcore anal play.
Extreme gape/prolapse is not injury. Some people, for genetic reasons, are capable of more pronounced prolapse than others. An incarcerated prolapse--when the rectum will not return past the anus--is a medical emergency and occurs in people with decades of anal weakening, not in porn-athletes who are actively strengthening their sphincters.
Some fantasize about being a "loose" bottom and having a permanently gaping asshole but that's not actually a thing. What is a thing is having advanced control of the sphincters; being able to control whether your sphincters are tight or loose.
People asking dumb questions about people's anal function is a big turn-off. It's naive to a degree where I question whether that person is mature enough to be viewing porn.
