I just initiated a callback, the phone rang, I pick up the call and it ended just after 18 secs itself.
That's what happening from past 2 weeks, hence I raised the request here.

@AmazonHelp The call never gets connected to the support. The call got disconnected after a few seconds as soon as the phone rang.
So, I haven't received any update yet from Amazon's end.
