@dzaneza@rbarwanda@PaulKagame You are a total waste. Covering up your convicted genocidaire family background by standing up for human rights. Perhaps you should call out the role of your family in exterminating over 1000000 Tutsis.
One of my greatest regrets from my time as US AsstSecState for Africa was advocating for US to support Tshisekedi as winner of Congo's 2018 election. I thought he would really be different and advance the Congolese people's interests. How wrong I was!

We’re proud to announce Lars van Dassen as a speaker at #NEISA2026.
As Executive Director of the World Institute for Nuclear Security (WINS), he leads a global organisation dedicated to strengthening nuclear security through leadership development, professional certification, and international best practice.
With nuclear energy programmes expanding into new markets, his perspective will be critical in shaping how security culture, governance, and human performance are embedded from the outset—ensuring safe, credible, and resilient nuclear systems across Africa.

Tshisekedi opens door for U.S. deportees, but none for Congolese Tutsi
👉🏼Félix Tshisekedi’s regime says the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) will begin receiving deportees from the United States this month under a “temporary” arrangement, with Washington covering the costs and facilities prepared near Kinshasa.
👉🏼Kinshasa has wrapped this decision in the language of “human dignity and international solidarity.” But there is something morally jarring about a state making room for migrants expelled by a foreign power while millions of its own citizens remain displaced, exiled, or unable to return home safely.
👉🏼The DRC is not a country that has resolved displacement and now has surplus moral capacity to absorb Washington’s burdens. It is a country still struggling under the weight of its own unresolved national fracture. It is a bitter symbol of a regime more willing to accommodate foreign arrangements than to restore a homeland for its own people.

@JuliusKaliisa@PaulKagame Thank you, Julius, for starting an initiative that contributes to transforming the global perspective of Africa and your country, Rwanda.
President Felix Tshisekedi after telling Congolese to blame Rwanda for all his failed policies.
It’s is said that, this was the night he got that Minister pregnant! ☕️🫖
My deepest gratitude to His Excellency President Kagame and the Government of Rwanda for four years of outstanding collaboration between the Government and the UN Country Team. Anyone who serves in Rwanda retains a bit of the country for the rest of their lives. Thank you Rwanda
Happy International Women’s Day! Today and every day, we celebrate the foundational role women continue to play in Rwanda’s transformation. Your resilience, ingenuity and leadership continue to affirm a simple truth: a nation can only truly progress when inclusion and equality are upheld in every sphere. #IWD2026
By less than 0 odds, they will never claim power from our already established well structured government for such a united country to split back into units that have nothing else to add but foster genocide ideologies that as you already know took more than a million lives.

DRC sacrifices Francophonie credibility over anti Rwanda feud
A diplomatic crescendo has emerged between the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Rwanda reverberating far beyond the Great Lakes region into the heart of international Francophone governance, as the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) prepares for its November 2026 Summit in Cambodia. Traditionally a forum for cultural and linguistic solidarity, the race to become OIF Secretary-General has become entangled with tensions between Kinshasa and Kigali.
At the center of the contest is Louise Mushikiwabo, the Rwandan incumbent whose leadership of La Francophonie, since 2019, has been widely recognized by member states. Rwanda confirmed her candidacy for a third term, with foreign minister Amb Olivier Nduhungirehe explaining that several member states “expressed the wish to see Mushikiwabo run again,” citing her broadly “saluted and recognized” record.
Kinshasa’s response, however, was politically charged.
Reports indicate that Kinshasa has officially decided to field a candidate in direct response to Kigali’s third-term bid . Officially, Kinshasa frames its move as an assertion of “full leadership” within the Francophonie. Yet the timing and context amid deeply strained relations with Rwanda over allegations of support for AFC/M23 rebels, suggest the candidacy is as much about countering Kigali’s influence as advancing a new vision for the organization.
