A woman in her (guessing) mid sixties who came in today looking for a 50 Cent biography. We didn't have it, but we had another 50 Cent biography... but she had already read it. She just needed more and that's the coolest.

Today I accidentally put one end of a microfilm into the machine wrong... and then had to remove it and respool the film by hand for 15 minutes after. I WOULDN'T WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY
