On one single day, July 21 2025, about UGX 5 Billion was conveyed to the leadership of the apparently for outreach activities through the Parliamentary SACCO. Let’s not even talk about the legality (or lack of it) or the role of the SACCO in the government’s payment system yet, but how did the speaker do outreach activities in 4 regions in one day that cost over 2,000,000,000. For some regions, Eastern and Northern Uganda she received money twice for the outreach program! #UgandaParliamentExhibitionII
