The water regulator can fine a company for not meeting its obligations. That does not help the consumer, if the company has already been bled dry by its owners. It is unlikely that foreign owners will step in to help. The solution is ‘special administration’ to take control.

Saudi led OPEC cuts oil to boost Russian war revenues, while US spends $17bn on Ukraine defence. Saudi royals use US weapons for their personal bodyguard so stop arms exports to Saudi. Arms lobby can’t object given money for Ukraine. Opportunity to exit dubious Saudi ‘allies’.

Gregg Clark chaired an Inquiry that invited Cummings to give ‘evidence’. Cummings gave hearsay and opinions. Clark failed to handle this, so it becomes national (international) media.

Traditional Christmas is a natural “circuit breaker” for Covid19, as people disperse into small groups away from the high contact network nodes of the workplace and commuting. This is mathematically provable. The PM is not a mathematician. His advisors’ “intuition” unscientific.

VO2 max measures how well you take up and use oxygen and is used by athletes to guauge fitness. It declines from the age of 25 and has a wide range from fit to unfit. It correlates with Covid 19 risk - age, health, obesity. This is the measure to use. I would like a study done.

Covid 19 Solutions:
1. Use parked 747s and A380s as intensive care units. They have oxygen piped to every seat for ventilators and good air filtration systems.
2. Repurpose all our secret nuclear bunkers with beds, supplies and air filtration.
