@GinnyGills We do a Knights' Feast with our fifth graders. It is a lunch catered by the high school culinary arts department. We do a fish fry for staff at the end of the year for staff. #VAESPChat
A3: We are looking at possible retentions, placement, resource utilization for next year. I am looking at staffing and hiring for the next school year. #VAESPChat
A2: We are working with our school's PTA and we are reaching out to local businesses for support. I am looking for something new this year... #VAESPChat
A1: Like others have mentioned, the lack of snow days has taken a toll on everyone. I try to come up with ideas/incentives to boost motivation and morale. For example, we are doing a March Madness bracket using different types of snacks. #VAESPChat
A2: Being visible. I am in the front of the school to greet students (and bus drivers) during morning unloading and I set a goal to be in at least five classrooms daily. #vaespchat
