Since starting their support of the Terry Fox Run (@TerryFoxCanada) decades ago, #HDSB schools have now raised more than a total of $5 million for cancer research. The total raised by our schools in the 2022 #TerryFox runs was $$225,280.06. #HDSBcares
Wow. Virtually the entire golf course industry contacted, then polled to discuss who is willing to open beginning May 20th, illegally if necessary. There’s a protester born everyday thanks to @fordnation#onpoli#LetUsPlay#HamOnt@celliottability @SkellyHamilton
So Ford says no golf - a safe outdoor activity - because he has buddies who party afterwards. Same scientific approach to closing patios after telling them to open because he drove by and saw people using them. Why do we put up with this shambolic handling of a pandemic Ontario?
Disappointed outdoor amenities stay closed with extension of Province’s Stay-at-Home order to June 2. Understanding the need for continued restrictions, we’ve heard from the Science Table the need for more safe outdoor activities.

Quick math... if we use the first 15% of vaccine available this March on eldest 15% of the population (65 and over), you will have 5.2 x greater chance of dying of an auto accident than Covid. (369 Covid vs 1,922 auto). Drive safe and wear a mask!

Hey #HamOnt imagine preparing food for a party of 30 and only 10 show up. If you can, please order some take-out in the next few days, so dine in restaurants don’t have to toss or donate their inventory at a loss.
Damn good thing COSTCO or Mapleview Mall aren’t restaurants or they’d be shut down every thirty seconds for breaking COVID law. Seriously though, if looking for some inoculation, why wait for vaccine, put on a loose fitting mask and head out to the burbs for essential services!
Ontario proposes COVID-19 liability protection for “organizations in healthcare” who made “good faith effort” to follow the law. https://t.co/lEwS3lkIkh
A strong, joint leadership move! @DTBurlingtonON businesses have invested time & money into providing a safe environment for all. A targeted, measured approach to stages, based on conclusive data and evidence must be called for. Thank you for supporting #localbusiness. #BurlON
Halton mayors @RickBonnette1@OakvilleMayor Gord Krantz & Regional Chair @GaryCarrHalton ask Premier @fordnation not to put @RegionofHalton into Stage 2. We support a targetted approach, based on health evidence of transmission risk & allowing our voluntary measures time to work
