The running joke is “what does steno do?” bec he doesn’t call plays, but like, what DOES he do? And, Butkus can’t develop guys!

@Peter_Bukowski I’ve never quite understood why MLF allows coaches that from our view, are not up to snuff (Rich, Joe Barry etc) to stick around for a year longer than they should be. It’s a philosophical difference vs. how they treat players. Why do you think this is? (Steno/Butkus tweet)

@goudakunst Order of important of things to clean up are: OL configuration, RB pass pro, situational play calling. That’s it. And brooks has proven it so I am placing more blame on the mish-mash OL group. Need better situational calls (i.e. stop running duo after every explosive play)

@goudakunst I mean he was not perfect but I can point to a bunch of stuff to blame before him. OL play, RB pass pro + run game (though OL takes blame here too)… packers had 10 explosives (led nfl week 1) and still lost. Idk how you can even begin to blame Jordan lol

@graham_dietz When you give them something to cheer for, they tend to want to stay. Keep playing competitive football until the end, you’ll see better turnouts than years prior. Tough to wanna stay when you are down 3-4 scores at halftime with no end in sight

@goudakunst It’s the situational calls. After huge plays (KRs specifically) they open up with the most conservative shit ever. Why aren’t we taking a shot once we already have momentum? Rather that and an incomplete pass than an A gap run that gets blown up every time
