We need some explanation of what is or isn’t a touchdown. Clear as day Lofton had full control until defender reached underneath his left arm and smacked the ball with his right hand OUT OF BOUNCE. @NCAA this is should be ruled a tie game.

[Freddy Almanzar @Freddyaalmanzar]

@ItsJustJustin03 Bro it was a catch, Lofton only looses control when the defender touches his left arm behind and smacks the ball with his right hand. Be for real! TD TD TD TD!

[Freddy Almanzar @Freddyaalmanzar]

@ESPNBooger Unless Miami wins the appeal today and the NCAA call the game a tie lol

CONGRATULATIONS TO NOTRE DAME AND THE REFS ON THEIR WIN TONIGHT AGAINST MIAMI.

One of the worst officiated games of the CFB season.

A controversial incomplete-pass ruling on Miami TE Elija Lofton’s potential game-tying touchdown completely changed the game.

Miami was ROBBED.

[Alfene Alce @AlceAlfene92116]

@RealSkipBayless Really!!

[Freddy Almanzar @Freddyaalmanzar]

🚨🚨BREAKING🚨🚨

Miami fans are CALLING FOR AN INVESTIGATION into the refs following their controversial loss to Notre Dame.

Fans are blaming the officials for the loss, after a potential game-tying touchdown was ruled incomplete.

Fans are FURIOUS.

😳

[Freddy Almanzar @Freddyaalmanzar]

@mikelowe05 @MLFootball I don’t think you were watching the game lol definitely a catch has full possession of the ball until he stepped out

[Freddy Almanzar @Freddyaalmanzar]
