@bennyolawe @Wizarab10 Your analysis are totally flawed, no one pays council tax of £175 for a studio, you do not also pay £150 for electricity and gas for a studio, no one earning £1500 would go for a £900PCM studio. You seem to have used the upper bound for all bills. Try to be more logical please.
