Through my journey not only have I faced my white fragility but regardless of how progressive I thought I was I have definitely let my male fragility get in the way of deeply understanding gender inequities. I seek now to practice allyship consistently

At times, I myself, have been guilting for not providing the necessary space for anger, letting my white male fragility become the center point of the discussion. Today I want to apologize to anyone I haven't heard and potentially hurt in the process.
