Olympian Fred Richard needs your help to make National Backflip Day official! You don’t have to be able to do a backflip yourself — as long as you post a video on your Instagram story of an object like a water bottle or a coin even doing a flip and use the National Backflip Day sticker, it counts! Head over to Fred’s Instagram page to make sure you use the correct sticker so your backflip can count 🌀‼️ You have until the end of 12.21 (tomorrow) to post!

Olympic bronze medalist AND world record holder 🥉🏆👑 Frederick “Flips” Richard broke the world backflip record overnight as part of a fundraiser for gymnasts in Africa. Fred set the new world record at 1,111. The previous world record was 1,001 in less than 24 hours.
