@Cardoso In Australia the standard walking area is calculated at 2.5kPa of surface pressure. Add 1.5x ultimate load factor and then material stress safety factors, things generally end up pretty strong. I still wouldn't test my luck with that amount of water though

@SenatorPayman Australia is multi-ethnic but with 1 cohesive culture. Flavour of food isn't the depth of culture we are concerned about. Child brides are an example of culture we do worry about because they are not compatible with our values.
