American has had lifelong allergies
Every day she has to take allergy medication, she has bad congestion
She got in an Uber and “the Uber driver was a pharmaceutical researcher in his career, and he's like retired, and he just Uber drives for fun, and he was on the team that created Motrin”
He told her that olive leaf extract supplements work super well for helping allergies
She tried it, it worked
“I do have no congestion whatsoever. I'm still kind of sneezy, but I'm not like stuffed up, and that was honestly the worst part. So if you're an allergy, allergy sufferer, give it a try”
This is definitely worth a try and it’s true and backed by science
Olive leaf extract contains key compounds like oleuropein and hydroxytyrosol, which have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and mast cell-stabilizing effects
Mast cells release histamine during allergic reactions, and recent studies including 2025 research show Olive leaf extract can reduce histamine release
As the journalist who reported on this case and paid a high price for it, I’ll tell you that Karmelo did not just k*ll an unarmed white kid.
The family started a GiveSendGo, raising over half a million dollars. They did not even pay for bail; a friend of the advocates did. Their advocate threatened the school that he would hold public protests if they did not give Karmelo his diploma, and the school buckled. Karmelo was able to be at home on house arrest and is able to go to the barber and the library. He has been able to spend the holidays with his family, while the family he destroyed has spent the holidays mourning their son. The victim's parents have both been threatened, doxxed, and swatted.
Both the Anthonys and their advocates have lied and targeted me and my family. I have been doxxed. My husband has been doxxed. I have been swatted. I have been targeted with CPS. My children’s lives have been threatened to the point that one Anthony supporter said that he was going to sl*t my child’s throat.
A man who had to be investigated by the FBI and CID is currently sitting in my county jail because he was counting down the days until I gave birth to my child so that he could “end me.” This man was a social media friend of the advocate for the Anthony family.
All because I dared to thoroughly report on a black 17-year-old who stabbed a white 17-year-old at a track meet.
No one knows this case better than me. And I know just how dark and evil these people truly are.
And yes, I am FULLY fatigued.
Keep in mind, if Karmelo had plead guilty early on, it would have cut the fundraiser short. His parents chose to send him to trial so they could keep raking in the cash. They don’t love or care about him. Awful people who inevitably raised an awful son. My only regret is that they can’t be thrown in a prison cell along with him.
Follow this account if you want facts that can gird you against the spinners and minimizers and hacks. My friend here, with whom I had a grumbly alpha-on-alpha start, is one of the best new journalists out there. I trust him. And I admire his passion and high-quality writing.

Genetically Modified Mayo: Hellmann's 'Real' Mayonnaise now requires a bioengineered label on its jars.
Less than 2% of each jar is egg...98% is chemicals, oils, corn starch, EDTA & thickened with gums.
This isn’t food anymore — it’s a Frankenstein experiment in a jar. GMO corn, seed oils that inflame your arteries and disrupt hormones, EDTA that leaches minerals from your body, and synthetic gums that wreck your gut lining. Every spoonful is quietly feeding chronic disease, autoimmune chaos, and the slow poisoning of America’s families.
They slapped a “bioengineered” warning on it like it’s no big deal — because they know most people won’t read it. Hellmann’s sold its soul for profit while we were busy trusting the brand our grandparents used.
STOP FEEDING THIS TO YOUR KIDS.
Boycott it. Throw it out. Make your own in 60 seconds with real ingredients. Your body will thank you.
Quick Homemade Butter Mayo (Immersion Blender – makes about 1 cup)
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (or prepared mustard)
- ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste; use ½ tsp if butter is unsalted)
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted and cooled slightly to warm (not hot)
Directions:
1. Place the egg, lemon juice, mustard, and salt in a tall narrow jar or container that just fits your immersion blender head.
2. Insert the immersion blender to the bottom and blend for a few seconds until combined.
3. With the blender running, slowly pour in the melted butter. Move the blender up and down gently as it thickens into creamy mayo (about 30-60 seconds total).
4. Taste and adjust salt or lemon if needed.
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
When most people picture HR, they picture a gaggle of sometimes vindictive ladies on the 13th floor.
That holds for most corporations. But you don’t know the half of it.
These people didn’t just take over Acme Paper Company. They went hunting for the toughest male dominated jobs on the planet.
We all know the grudge HR lawyers and the media carry against the military. There’s a reason they put a bullseye on Eddie Gallagher, Blackwater, and now Ben Roberts-Smith, Australia’s most decorated living soldier.
And you don’t grasp the resources these people command. The Roberts-Smith case alone has reportedly cost Australian taxpayers somewhere between AUD $250 and $300 million over five years.
And it isn’t only soldiers and government workers in the crosshairs.
Fifteen years ago, one oil driller ran what amounted to an “HR SWAT team.” The ladies in HR would requisition corporate Gulfstreams and charter helicopters to fly offshore and investigate a complaint in person. Every soul on the rig was empowered to halt the entire operation over a comment deemed racist, sexist, or otherwise “toxic,” no matter how slight. And if HR ruled it a “major incident,” they could freeze the whole fleet for a full day under a safety shutdown.
Dozens of rigs. Day rates in the hundreds of thousands each, millions once you folded in the client costs.
I watched it happen with my own two eyes.
And of course, they achieved the opposite of what they intended. When the penalty for reporting was a little extra training, people reported freely. Once the penalty was the HR literally falling from the sky, nobody wanted to be the name on the incident.
That is the whole lesson. Raise the cost of honesty high enough and you don’t get a cleaner workplace. You get silence. The complaints don’t stop. They just go where the Gulfstream can’t follow.
And they target the toughest, most consequential jobs for a reason. They certainly aren’t landing helicopters to harass female dominated jobs.
Labor's $10 billion Housing Australia Future Fund flagship has delivered just 1,432 homes halfway through its 5-year term.
Where are the houses?
This bureaucratic govt rort is burning public money with delays, waste & little results for Aussies needing homes.
Total failure. 🇦🇺
This is THE issue with staffers.
The omnibus bills are so vast and so tangled that no senator can actually read one, let alone understand it. To pass anything, they become beholden to the Parliamentarian and the majority staff who assemble these monsters.
And those staffers bury all manner of laws and spending deep inside them. That is precisely why they don’t want single-issue bills moving: a clean, readable bill is one they can’t hide anything in. They want everything funneled through the massive packages they alone can steer and control. And they do it in the shadows.
The job of a modern senator has been reduced to four functions:
1.Raise money
2.Approve staff junkets to luxury destinations
3. Introduce your staff to famous and powerful people
4.Take the blame on TV when something goes wrong
The senators cannot call these people out. Do it once and you trigger an autoimmune response: frozen out of the omnibus, your priorities left on the cutting room floor.
The media can’t call them out either, because the leaks dry up the moment they do.
So it falls to us. It is up to us to make these staffers famous.
Stop blaming Thune. Stop blaming Schumer. Stop praising your favorite senator.
Start pointing at the people standing behind them.
CONGRESS IS BROKEN
Make the staffers famous.
Yes — this is Philadelphia, USA right now. 😳
Muslim worshippers shutting down city streets, laying prayer rugs on the asphalt, and bowing toward Mecca while traffic sits and waits. Hundreds in hijabs and thobes taking over a public road for prayer.
Philly calls itself the “Mecca of the West” for a reason: it’s home to around **82 mosques and Islamic centers** and an estimated **150,000–300,000 Muslims** — one of the biggest concentrations in America, with strong African-American Muslim roots going back decades. Street prayers like this happen regularly when mosques overflow, especially on Fridays or holidays.
This is what growing Islamic influence looks like in American cities.
She is so full of it.
If America is only strong because of Mexicans, then Mexico should be paradise, right? Oh wait, the cartels, corruption, and failed leadership are exactly why so many are leaving.
The problem is not the Mexican worker. The problem is politicians who export their failures and then lecture America for having borders.
🔻 LED LIGHTS FLICKER 120 TIMES PER SECOND. YOU CAN'T SEE IT. YOUR BRAIN REGISTERS EVERY SINGLE ONE. THIS WAS KNOWN BEFORE THEY MADE THEM MANDATORY.
In 2012, the U.S. government banned incandescent light bulbs. The reason given: energy efficiency. The real reason is in a document that was never meant to be public.
In 2007 — five years before the ban — the Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory completed a 14-month neurological study on LED flicker. Reference: PNNL-SA-2007-4419. Classified: "Limited Distribution — Not for Public Release."
What they found:
LED bulbs at 120Hz produce flicker invisible to conscious perception but fully registered by the thalamus. Continuous exposure over 6+ hours per day: measurable melatonin suppression, circadian disruption, and a 23% reduction in deep-sleep duration within 90 days.
23% less deep sleep. In 90 days. From your ceiling lights.
A former lighting engineer — 9 years at one of three companies manufacturing 87% of LED bulbs in North America:
"We were told the flicker had to remain at 120Hz. Not because of cost. Not because of engineering limitations. Because the specification came from outside the company. It was a compliance requirement attached to the federal energy rebate program. If you wanted the subsidy, you built to their spec. Nobody asked why the spec existed. We just built to it."
The spec came from the DOE. The DOE study proving neurological harm was completed 5 years before the ban. They knew. They mandated it anyway.
What 120Hz flicker does over years:
Melatonin suppression. Pineal calcification accelerates. Immune response weakens. Emotional regulation deteriorates. Attention span shortens. You become easier to agitate. Easier to distract. Easier to control.
Incandescent bulbs: continuous current. No flicker. Smooth light identical to fire — what human biology evolved under for 300,000 years. They banned the one light your brain was designed for and replaced it with one that degrades you 120 times per second.
The fix: Replace LEDs in rooms where you spend 4+ hours — especially bedrooms — with incandescent bulbs. Still legal as "heat lamps" or "rough service" bulbs. They never disappeared. Just relabeled so you wouldn't look.
Your sleep problems are not stress. Your brain fog is not aging. Your irritability is not personality. It's 120 invisible pulses per second, every waking hour, in every room you enter.

They banned the light your brain was built for and replaced it with one that breaks you so slowly you blame yourself. The bulbs are still available. They just made sure you'd never think to look. Share this.
Babies are born with LOW vitamin K on purpose — it’s not a flaw. It’s God’s perfect design.
Cord blood is packed with stem cells specifically meant to repair the physical stress and micro-trauma of birth.
Low vitamin K keeps the blood naturally thin so those stem cells can flow freely and travel exactly where they’re needed — to heal tissues, support organ repair, and jumpstart the newborn’s developing systems without premature clotting getting in the way.
God made it this way so the baby’s own cord blood stem cells can circulate optimally in those critical first moments and hours.
Thin blood = maximum mobility for healing. High clotting factors right at birth would slow or trap those precious stem cells, interfering with their God-given job.
Benefits of lower vitamin K at birth (by design):
• Stem cells & cord blood: Allows unrestricted travel of hematopoietic stem cells throughout the body to repair birth trauma, reduce inflammation, and support tissue regeneration.
• Immune system: Cord blood stem cells help establish and strengthen the newborn’s naive immune system. Low vitamin K ensures they reach the bone marrow, thymus, and other sites without clotting interference.
• Neurological & organ protection: Stem cells can migrate to the brain and vital organs to protect against the oxidative stress of labor and delivery.
• Natural timing: Colostrum (that first “liquid gold”) is rich in natural vitamin K — delivered orally, slowly, and gently through breastfeeding exactly when the baby needs it. God’s perfect dose at the perfect moment.
Instead, we cut the cord early (stealing up to 30-40% of the baby’s blood volume and those vital stem cells), then inject synthetic vitamin K loaded with polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, benzyl alcohol, and sometimes aluminum — straight into an immune system that’s barely online.
Why are we “fixing” what God already designed perfectly?
Think about it before you consent.
Nature doesn’t make mistakes. God doesn’t either.
Delay cord clamping. Keep the cord blood. Trust colostrum. Respect the design.
Your baby’s body was fearfully and wonderfully made. ❤️
Story time to prove this point. My husband is a commercial electrical contractor. He has been an electrician since he was 18 yrs old. His dad and granddad were electricians. He has a high school degree and one of the earliest #'d electrical contractor licenses in the State of Florida that is still active.
He was the Publix headquarters (located in our hometown) electrical contractor for decades, his father was before him. As they built out their massive compound in Lakeland, he did all the electrical work. There was not a single electrical engineer ever used during that time; just his design/build. No fancy degrees on the wall, no charge for the design, just dependable electrical work that never failed. He put in there industrial freezer of 600,000 sq ft, their massive data center, all the original ATMs in the state of Florida, among many other projects.
Once the 3rd gen family members took over at Publix who had attended impressive universities with their credentials on the wall, they didn't appreciate the local electrical contractor or sheet metal guy or HVAC guys that all had high school degrees doing the massive projects they had been doing for decades. On the electrical side, they began hiring their friends with degrees that they went to school with. On one project, they paid over a million dollars for a plan for that 600,000 sq ft freezer bc there was no way the guy that did every other building in the complex could do this new building without that fancy degree. The engineer designed the building for 4160V equipment. The entire building was designed for this high voltage bc the freezer equipment required it. PS: we're on a municipal electrical system and they hadn't even contacted them to determine the upgraded service requirement to include in the design, which was significant.
The design meeting presentation that my husband attended, on his own dime bc they wouldn't pay him to attend these until he was awarded the contract, took 2/3 hrs for the credentialed crowd to present their information. Then they opened it up for Q&A. My husband is looking at the facilities guy who he went to school with, who wasn't a dummy, to ask the most logical question and he just sat there silently. So my husband asks it instead, "where are the 110V, 220V step down gear?" The electrical engineers just stare at him and said there wasn't any.
My husband said, "you know that design has a tool room and a computer room as well as a docking area for forklifts. I'm not aware of 4160V computers or forklifts"
They were paid $1M for credentialed shit and my high school degree husband with decades of doing shit was there for free. He did his own design AND built it. Now, when we drive by, he also has the added pride of being part of a generation that built his local community.
PS, I have a wall full of credentials and none of them taught me more about being an officer than serving as an enlisted airman.
This picture is on his wall as the only credential that matters. This is him beside his grandpa's truck.
