FreeHand is quite possibly the best vector drawing application ever made and for those of us who still use it every day as designers—we are all over the world.
@alainparadis @affinitybyserif .FYI: I used Macromedia FreeHand for 15+ years. It only once was horrible, and that is when they were talking with Adobe. Being forced to switch my entire workflow sucked. I'd rather not do it again especially when it's not the industry standard.
Dear @Adobe@AdobeCare are y’all out of your minds!? Why do you keep messing Illustrator up…this new thing with the guides is SERIOUSLY making me wish for Freehand, and taking a hard look at Figma.
Version 4.0 of our FreeHand Illustrator plugin now available. New features: overset font scaling and choice of replacement font. Native support for Apple M1 chip.

After 20 years of using Adobe Illustrator it still annoys me that I can accidently select an item within a mask when I drag select an anchor. Still no pref to disable that. FreeHand didn't have this problem. #Ainnoying
An old tee design I did in 1999, recoloured in the GITD theme. Who remembers the program Freehand? #macromediafreehand#GlowInTheDark#NFT

@intrply@YatirKaaren They took a few of FreeHand features into AI but the tools were still cumbersome for FH users.
Running FHMX in Parallels and sending those files to Affinity is our latest workflow.
