Help! I'm asking a lot I know but the mental health activism group I'm part of needs a space to meet in on Wednesday, fairly central, free and private.... can anyone help or point me in the direction of a place?
@dansumption Haha, I'm reading the book with fuck in the title, I bought it in a train station, I thought it might be 'edgy' but I'm actually really enjoying reading it.
@JoanneRCoates It's incredibly difficult when faced with judgement, medication is something that seems strangely taboo & misunderstood. No shame in taking meds. Thanks for speaking out! It's brave and I'm sure many people can relate.
The fab @castsheffield is calling for submissions to their annual art exhibition. They're a group of people with lived experience of mental health challenges & run several creative groups that anyone can attend (and are one of the community enterprises supported by Flourish).
Really pleased to announce that @SheffieldMind is taking referrals for our free counselling service. For a referral form, email: [email protected] or phone 0114 258 4489 & ask for Counselling & Therapy services.
@SheffMHG@SHSCFT @DrSNThomas @HWSheffield 😀

Fill in our survey :)
Part of developing our programme and organisation relies on regular feedback from audiences.
We will select a name at random from the survey submissions and the lucky winner will get their pick of an edition from the Bloc Shop.
