Sparks were flying in Brazil in their Supreme Court. This didn't start out the way most would think, but it began from something VERY familiar to everyone following along on our Operation Gladio research project. Again, it's the reason no one else wants to talk about it....buckled up.

This X post shares a video clip from a heated September 15, 2026 STF plenary session where Justice Alexandre de Moraes accuses colleague André Mendonça of serving politicians tied to the 2023 coup attempt while discussing a report on alleged messages with ex-banker Daniel Vorcaro.

Moraes denies any involvement in the Banco Master case, labeling the reported dialogues “fantastical” and claiming Mendonça’s actions show political revenge motives ahead of Brazil’s presidential elections. The exchange highlights deep divisions within Brazil’s Supreme Court, with Mendonça rejecting the claims as lies during the live proceedings over a petition.

Where it gets interesting:

Banco Master was a mid-sized Brazilian bank that grew rapidly by selling high-yield CDBs (certificates of deposit) offering returns well above market rates, then collapsed in November 2025 after authorities uncovered a large-scale fraud scheme. Well doesn't that sound familiar? Like super familiar?

Its owner, Daniel Vorcaro, was arrested at São Paulo’s Guarulhos airport while trying to leave the country. The Central Bank liquidated the bank after finding it had sold roughly R$12.2 billion in nonexistent credit portfolios to the public bank BRB and submitted false documents.

Investigators say the bank captured deposits, funneled money through overvalued funds and shell companies, and diverted billions to Vorcaro, his family, and associates. The collapse left about 1.6 million creditors and triggered one of the largest payouts in the history of Brazil’s deposit-guarantee fund (FGC), estimated in the tens of billions of reais. Yes, exactly like the S&L, Franklin, Penn, and Italian banks in our Gladio research...

The case later expanded politically. Police reports alleged Vorcaro exchanged dozens of messages with Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes, met him in person multiple times, and sought help to contain investigations. A law firm linked to Moraes’s wife also had a large consulting contract with the bank. Those disclosures sparked the current clash inside the STF. The scandal has also implicated politicians across the spectrum, including Flávio Bolsonaro over alleged film-funding talks with Vorcaro. In looking into this allegation, I couldn't find anything outside of a normal business investment on a business project, doesn't mean it was or wasn't but this piece doesn't have enough meat on it, but wanted to include it in case it comes up in the future.

Vorcaro remains jailed and faces multiple fraud, money-laundering, and related charges. The securities regulator (CVM) has already fined him and related parties hundreds of millions of reais in a separate real-estate fund case. So yes, he was laundering it into real estate...just like the CIA does in the US. Crazy!!

Checks notes:

Remember Italy’s Banco Ambrosiano, which collapsed in 1982? Calvi? Friar's bridge? Well it looks remarkably similar to what's play out in Brazil.

Banco Ambrosiano was a major private Catholic bank in Milan. Its chairman, Roberto Calvi (nicknamed “God’s Banker”), had close ties to the Vatican Bank (IOR). When the bank failed, investigators found a hole of roughly $1.3–1.5 billion. Much of the missing money had moved through offshore companies and Vatican-linked channels. Calvi was found hanged under London’s Blackfriars Bridge shortly after fleeing Italy; a later inquest treated the death as homicide rather than suicide bc he was murdered and they put mason stones in his pockets as a calling card before throwing his fat butt off the bridge.

The scandal sat intersected several networks:
 1) The secretive P2 Masonic lodge (Calvi was a member).
 2) The Vatican Bank and Archbishop Paul Marcinkus who was from Chicago and tied to one of the failed upstream S&L bank failures.
 3) Italian mafia.
 4) Political financing inside US, Italy and elsewhere.

Calvi and others claimed some of the money had been used to support "anti-communist" causes (which were really just a cover for coups for oligarchs) in Latin America and Solidarity in Poland. Italian parliamentary inquiries and later reporting also placed the covert operations in the context of Operation Gladio (NATO stay-behind networks) and earlier (starting in 1948) CIA funding of Italian Christian Democrats and anti-labor operations. Michele Sindona, an earlier banker linked to both the Vatican and Calvi, had direct ties to CIA in as early as the 1960s.

The CIA later officially acknowledged using BCCI for covert transfers under the guise of collecting intelligence on its crimes but never reporting those crimes for prosecution, instead the CIA thwarted every effort to prosecute them. Direct, documented CIA operational control of Banco Ambrosiano isn't as blatant as BCCI; much of the CIA–Ambrosiano link rests on Italian investigations, journalism, and the overlapping P2/Gladio rather than a U.S. admission of the same type. Of course, Operation Gladio and the CIA's use of the cuban exiles as the US version of Gladio has never, and likely will never, be fully investigated so we will never know the full extent of the criminality.

In a nutshell:

The pattern of what is happening in Brazil right now has played out all over the world and we've been tracking it for years.

It is real: a politically connected bank used as a conduit for hidden money, entangled with intelligence services, the Church, organized crime, and domestic power struggles, followed by a spectacular collapse and unresolved deaths. Banco Master is another part of a global interconnected network.

In Brazil, investigators have documented is a domestic parallel-intelligence operation built by Daniel Vorcaro himself.

Federal Police reports describe a group Vorcaro called “A Turma,” led by a man nicknamed “Sicário” (Luiz Phillipi Mourão). Police say Vorcaro paid the group about R$1 million a month to:

-Illegally query confidential systems at the Federal Prosecutor’s Office (MPF), Federal Police, Civil Police, and Central Bank (THINK PROMIS SOFTWARE)
-Obtain advance warning of Operation Compliance Zero
-Build dossiers and intimidate opponents
-Claim access to Interpol and FBI records (screenshots and messages exist; the actual source of those lookups is still being investigated) 😳😳Yes, access to FBI records.

He was plugged into the inside of everything in Brazil and internationally. Two Central Bank supervision officials were in a private WhatsApp group with him, passed confidential information, reviewed documents he sent back to their own institution, and allegedly received trips and payments. Vorcaro’s notes refer to “friends inside the BCB.”

Separately, police say he messaged a number saved as Alexandre de Moraes, asked whether he needed to leave the country before the raid, and had a large consulting contract with the justice’s wife’s law firm. Moraes denies wrongdoing.

The political spillover is Brazilian (STF feud, election-year names on both left and right), will be interesting.

The EU shifted and began getting a lot of their oil from the Middle East after their hypocrisy was exposed.
