@Fightful@WrestleVotes@FightfulSelect Almost all their top talent is directionless, I don’t understand how you have an entire creative team and still in this position.
@Peps_Wrestling He is never speaking to the wrestling audience, he is speaking to the corporate execs and shareholders and he has to lie to them to keep them happy cause I’m sure they see all the negative perception online.
@BackupHangman I fear he lost a lot of momentum to the American audience, and who’s to say he wasn’t one of the individuals that had to take a pay cut.
@7700saint Objectively, he has had of one the better wwe world title reigns In the last couple years. People just get weird when you mention punk on either side
@AndrewBaydala I get what you’re saying but he has yet to really show anything special in or out the ring. I’ve never met a hook fan in my life and I’ve met a lot of wrestling fans lol
@ElHijoDelSimon Even what’s going on now with tko and the further corporatization of the product and workers losing leverage etc pretty much what is going on in America right now
@AndrewBaydala I’m pretty sure AEW does secure a deal, they might have lost some leverage and that may reflect in the new deal but getting 52 weeks of content without having to pay the billions wwe requires is a good bargain for any media company.
@JonAlba To also add, Netflix which is partnered with WWE is airing a UFC competitor mma card on their platform so why would ufc being on paramount effect aew potentially joining.
