@johnblack0196@AndrewPhilippou If he wants to leave he should take the pay cut if another club doesn’t want to pay it
Why should we
We’re not forcing him out
Stay for 100% or leave for less
"I still believe he (Elijah Tsatas) can become a really good player."
Speaking to @CalTwomey, former Essendon coach Brad Scott shares his thoughts on the Don's development as a player: https://t.co/MKRFGAKbtt
I simply want a good process on how we hire a new coach. Thats my wish as a fan.I want the BEST person that can implement a system, develop & build a consistent high level output. There is NO one i count out. Just the process has to be professional & with no internal manipulation

Development
It’s not about just the new draftees
Players over 23 develop too
So where is that over the last 4 years
Where is the improvement from Caldwell, Duursma, Cox, Jones, Reid, Prior, Perkins, McGrath and Redman 24-28 range
Who’s improved under Brad Scott??
#Essendon
@SilentGhost263 I think he has the athletic traits
I just don’t see the kicking mechanics of ever being a good kick
Feel he has a very slow and awkward drop
Like I said hope it improves cause love the way he goes about it
