In Hyesan, someone placed Bibles on the shoe display of a local merchant in the market. Security police took the Bibles away. Shoe merchant was not arrested as she did not know who left Bibles. Local people who saw the Bibles kept talking about it all day.

FNKR reports from NK: #CCP issued a statement ordering Chinese citizens to not to go near the border. Rationing in Pyongyang has become very dysfunctional. Stability is faltering, as #DPRK has not been able to provide food to the military which is always a priority.
