@nextofficial Twice I have ordered an item, shown as in stock, for pickup from TWO different stores, both times within a few hours you email to say you can not find it & cancel the order! That is TWO different stores!
What gives!?

I went into the second store that said they could not "find" the item and within seconds I had located it myself in the very section one would expect to find it.
Give me my money back.

You really should be replying to social media contacts in some kind of order.
It seems a common practice that the team come on shift & only seem to deal with the latest enquiries made.
This never used to happen & is not acceptable.
