The charges allege that between 2014 and 2023, the SPLC secretly funneled over $3–4.1 million in donated funds to individuals associated with violent extremist groups, including the Ku Klux Klan, Aryan Nations, and the National Socialist Party of America (American Nazi Party) U.S. Department of Justice+1.
