You only get a tax rebate because you’re out of pocket subsidising the tenant.

So the “rich” people are actually helping the poor people who are renting.

The poor people are the parasites in this situation.

And as a thank you for helping the poor people out the government generously grandfathered a scheme to help me and hundreds of thousands of other landlords to get negative gearing. Thank you for your tax
