@GQPlovesfascism @patriottakes I had no respect for Christians because of televangelists, and hateful closeted gay preachers, etc.
You're right. This phoney Christianity is the WORST. It makes me furious. He said this about them - The people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.
@GQPlovesfascism The Bible shows His continual presence here.
The accepted plan of the Father becoming flesh to live a perfect life and be murdered in our place, then coming a second time to end the world - that is a mystery.
I trust it's the best plan, though. He really is Love.
And brilliant.
@GQPlovesfascism I was never a believer, and didn't like Christians. Hypocrites and sex fiends and con men.
I always agreed with the teachings of Jesus, though.
Then He shook me awake and showed me - He's alive. There is much more going on here than I thought, thank God. He's real. He's alive.
@GQPlovesfascism @ibzeesage @Sundog512 I have some ideas about that sort of thing, yes. If I can imagine two or three reasons for human suffering, God can think of thousands.
Here's what I'm sure about - in the end, it will all come out right, and we are grateful to God for the opportunity to suffer, and we are happy.
@stanley_rrkevin@CatSchulie We must do something about Fox. Much as we love free speech, the danger of propaganda is hard to overstate, isn't it?
Maybe a continuous crawl at the bottom of the screen, "Legally determined to be for entertainment only. These are not facts." or something.
@InvestigatorCps Throw out the MSG/meat packet.
Boil w/frozen veggies.
Drain well. Then use Taco seasoning - just a little. One packet for about ten servings of noodles.
On top, tofu cubes dipped in seasoned flour or cornstarch, fried till golden and crispy on two sides.
Soon for sale - Ranchers on Horseback by a prisoner in Texas, Kendrick Mitchell. Acrylic on Water Color Paper. Two women herding cows on a misty day.

@KatsCornerOK@BillyGraham Billy was a good egg who desegregated his audience and spoke out against racism, advised the presidents to implement programs for the needy. He advised all politicians and wasn't political.
His son, Franklin, though - has an organization that is shamelessly political. Tax it!
