As a 4th generation Washingtonian it pains me to that my husband and I have now started to look at more freedom loving states to move to. I love this state but between the cost of living, heavy tax burden and the radical left, idk if we can sustain this much longer.

One of the goals in reading Narnia to my kids was for them to learn about evil adults. They exist. They do not have good intentions. They are manipulative. They use people and do not love people. Oil was up to around $120 a barrel when gas was was $5.00 during the Biden Regime.

In an interview with Rosaria Butterfield recently, Allie Beth Stuckey expressed how she sometimes struggles with the thought that maybe some people have lives that are too deeply intertwined with sins like homosexuality to give up everything to come to Jesus Christ in faith and repentance. She referenced statements that Jillian Michaels has made recently about Jesus and Christianity and asked Rosaria if such a transformation was even possible.

I loved Rosaria’s response, which definitely applies to me, that we as Christians too often “lack a godly imagination” in such matters. Of course, Rosaria herself stands as a vivid illustration of the truths that she so boldly and joyfully shares, that the Word of God is living and active and capable of reaching to the heart of sinners to bring them to repentance, which includes the forsaking of all evil practices.

I looked up an interview where Jillian Michaels expressed the struggle she has with the exclusionary claims of Christianity, yet also honestly stated that there’s something about it that “unquestionably calls to her.”

Surprisingly, she said that she wants to have @WesleyLHuff come on her show to explain things about the Bible to her that she does not understand, and wow, what an opportunity that would be for the Lord to open her eyes to the beauty of His Word. As I hear her describing this inner battle, my heart can’t help but go out to her.

I think we should all keep people like Jillian Michaels who seem to be being drawn toward the truth in our prayers and remember Rosaria’s admonition as we do, asking God to give us the kind of “godly imagination” that could easily see any lost soul being transferred from the kingdom of darkness into His marvelous light. 🙏

The city of Spokane is refusing to waive demolition permit fees for fire victims. After losing EVERYTHING, victims have to pay $500 to cap the water and sewer lines under their burned out house. What the fuck is the point of paying taxes? Just like California, Washington uses taxpayer dollars to buy crackpipes and heroin needles for unemployed homeless drug zombies, but when you, the working class taxpayer, lose everything you have through no fault of your own, you still have to pay for this?

These city leaders are so fucking petty they'll still force fire victims to pay $35 for permission to demolish their own destroyed home. Why? You couldn't just waive it? For $35? Yeah, it's not a lot of money, but that actually makes it worse...forcing a fire victim to cough up a meager sum that in NO way actually funds the process in any meaningful way just shows that you are doing it out of spite. Just a nice little "fuck you" to the peasants.

Additionally, the state of Washington is forcing fire victims to pay sales tax to replace the items they lost in the fire. Again...why? The state was never factoring in that revenue...it never existed on the balance sheet BUT for the fire. Government is collecting a windfall from people's LOSSES. There's literally zero need to collect taxes on shit that people already owned.

Back during the mid 90's floods, the state legislature passed a sales tax exemption for victims replacing their stuff. If they don't do this in their next leg session, they all need to go. The one thing WA did is cut property tax on their burned out homes, which is the absolute least they could do.

You assholes never maintain your forests, everybody lost everything, their pets burned alive, and now you're going tack on an extra 9.1% to the cost of rebuilding their lives...for what? Not to mention the fact that a couch today costs probably 2x as much as when they first bought the one they just lost. I fucking hate these people, man.
