Trump just posted this. It was a big mistake to say these things.

Trump watches stocks like a hawk, he is trying to hurt $TSLA here on purpose, to try to squeeze Elon and silence him. Obviously.

First of all, Elon has been clear for years, EV mandates aren't needed.

Now for subsidies, many of these were lobbied for by legacy auto! Elon played by the rules and dominates because his products are better. Elon is STILL saying end the subsidies! This is a silly point. And government loans Tesla got, were paid back in full, before deadlines, with bonus payments. Unlike GM.

Secondly, those rocket launches and satellites, are saving Americans BILLIONS because before SpaceX, America has no ability to send people to space and we had to pay Russia to launch our payloads. Starlink also saves lives, but Mr. President, you have to actually do research to know this.

Thirdly, Elon is American! His home is America. Elon Musk is a true patriot who loves America.

These comments by President Trump are distasteful, inaccurate and frankly, just disgusting. Sour grapes.

Going against Elon and his companies is not advisable, it's not a good look for a sitting president. Elon is right, the debt will crush America.

Elon's companies employ tens of thousands of hard working Americans.
