Challenging the stigma centred around mental health in the faith community: empowering, equipping and encouraging one to reclaim back one’s identity in Christ.
#MyReflections
I am intentionally living life without regrets!
John 4:34: My food is to do the will of Him who sent me and bring it to completion.
John 17:4: I have glorified You on the earth by faithfully doing everything You told me to do.
You give. You show up. You sacrifice. You serve. You support and celebrate others. But when it comes to you, you are nasty to yourself. You call yourself stupid for things God already forgave. You speak gently to others yet speak harshly to yourself.
And you call that normal. It’s not.
It’s easy to say, you’re a kind person. But are you kind to yourself? It’s easy to say, you’re patient with people. But are you patient with your own growth? With your own process? With your own healing journey?
