@UPS I posted back in March about your driver dropping my packages on my porch. Here’s another video from tonight. Same driver drops my packages on the porch again. They literally bounce. Funny thing is the box says, “handle with care.”

@UPS I have sent emails to @UPS four times about this. I sent two more tonight to [email protected]. However, I just received an email reply saying, “Emails sent directly to [email protected] are not monitored or received.” Why would emails not be monitored or received?
