You can say: “I appreciate the brilliance or uniqueness of this person’s music/painting/writing, while I categorically condemn what they did in their personal life.” Acknowledging the suffering they caused and making sure you’re not supporting that suffering in any tangible way (like actively funding them or silencing victims) is usually how people reconcile it, if they choose to keep engaging with the artist’s work. And appreciation for art is not support for actions.
