4) Trauma Informed Healthcare and Housing.
Uninformed medical care and unsafe transitional housing doesn't prioritize survivors' long term needs. We call for investment into making healthcare and housing accessible and free from discrimination for all.
The Survivor's Agenda is a political plan that puts survivors of domestic and sexual violence first. Sexual violence is a public health issue and centering the needs of survivors is not only the right thing to do - it's good policy. 🧵

3) Comprehensive Sexuality Education.
30 states still emphasize abstinence in health class and only 7% of LGBT youth receive positive representation on queer topics. National standards for sex education that are representative and fact-based is key to prevention.
