Two Haitian nationals have been charged for running so-called “ghost stores” — tiny shops with barely any inventory that were somehow cashing $540,000 a MONTH in EBT.

Let that sink in.

That’s SIX TIMES the SNAP volume of a real, fully stocked supermarket.

The stores were allegedly used to trade EBT for cash and illegal items, draining taxpayer funds at an insane scale.
