In March, they didn't know as much about covid and how it is transmitted as they know now.

@GovMurphy Thanks for yet another tweet telling people to mask up & stay at home. The hospitals are overloaded. Maybe institute some more actual restrictions?! Unfortunately, a large part of the population are too selfish to do what they're supposed to do so there need to be strict mandates
