Today, we continued our coverage of Colorado Municiapl Courts. This time, Alison Gordon joined to talk about my hometown municipal court of Westminster, Colorado. This episode is an excellent example of the mundane, cruelty present in your average Colorado municipal court.
Today, I spoke w/Tristan Gorman (Policy Dir @CCDBnews) and @RWallaceEsq of @FreedomFundCO to discuss the many policies, ballot initiatives, and legislative agenda items that are trying to turn the Colorado Criminal Legal System into a more punitive one.
Today, I started a two week series on the dreadful state of municipal courts in Colorado. To kick it off, I spoke with Tristan Gorman (Colorado Criminal Def Bar) and @RWallaceEsq of @FreedomFundCO about how people are denied the right to counsel in Grand Junction Muni Court.
