@Agorist_@freedomdollar5 Sorry again for the hassle!
The damaged cache meant your wallet had to resync.
Future syncs should be much quicker with regular use. For future restores, entering the walletโs original creation date (โbirthdayโ) can shorten the wait.
Your bank knows your coffee order.
Your landlord knows your salary.
Your ex knows your Venmo history.
Freedom Wallet knows nothing.
Thatโs the point.
@zulkanuar Iโm assuming youโre using the auto-swap direct deposit feature, which has a $5 minimum.
Donโt worry, your $1 hasnโt been lost! Once your deposit balance reaches $5, the full amount is automatically swapped to fUSD.
Sorry about that!
The local sync cache for your XMR wallet got damaged, so the app can't load it. Your funds and keys are safe.
A quick fix for this is to restore the same wallet again. Once it's synced, swipe left on the old Monero wallet to delete it.
We're shipping a fix in the next update so the app repairs this automatically instead of showing that error.
Thanks for reporting it to us.
Treat your recovery phrase as the wallet.
Keep it offline and separate from the phone. Do not screenshot it. Test the recovery process with an empty wallet before trusting the backup with real money.
A stable dollar does not need a public scoreboard.
fUSD runs on Zano as a Confidential Asset, where amounts and balances stay hidden on-chain. Useful dollar value, without turning every payment into public business intelligence.
